it was easy process just asked about the employee family background and likes and dis likes
they asked about sports and current demonitization. and then asked why do you want to work in bpo and what is your view on bpo sector
Easy interview process. Basic Excel knowledge is sufficient. Also they will ask if ok to work on Night shifts. How much is your salary expectations. Reason to chose this company. Who is the CEO.
It consists of 3 rounds. Second round is with the client, they will assign you to a project and test your capability based on it. Third round is with the HR.

It began with an initial screening call with HR, where they discussed my background, experience, and basic role requirements. This was followed by a technical round to assess problem-solving skills
