Interview
I was applied for Associates(Accounts) .There are 3 process one is Online test ,2 HR round .After completing online test they told to leave and HR will call you .That day evening I got a call and come tomorrow. Next day it was HR round they ask about accounting principles,golden rules,concepts,depreciation . and final round. After completed HR will call you.
Easy interview process. Basic Excel knowledge is sufficient. Also they will ask if ok to work on Night shifts. How much is your salary expectations. Reason to chose this company. Who is the CEO.

It began with an initial screening call with HR, where they discussed my background, experience, and basic role requirements. This was followed by a technical round to assess problem-solving skills

It consists of 3 rounds. Second round is with the client, they will assign you to a project and test your capability based on it. Third round is with the HR.
