Interview
1st round - Aptitude test , essay writing.
2nd round - HR round - introduction, tell about yourself, why you want to join EXL,
3rd round - Manager round, more about skills, behavioral skills.
4rth round - HR round - salary negotiation and if selected then offer letter
Easy interview process. Basic Excel knowledge is sufficient. Also they will ask if ok to work on Night shifts. How much is your salary expectations. Reason to chose this company. Who is the CEO.
