I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EYEMAGINE Technology (Irvine, CA) in Oct 2015
Interview
I applied online and received an email to come in for an interview. Beforehand, I had filled out some paperwork, among them being a DISC evaluation. I went in and found out that it was a group interview. 4/5 who applied showed up. The head of HR, the head of Inbound Marketing, and the CEO conducted the interview. They would take turns asking questions and each one of us took turns answering each question. Most of the questions were based on previous work experiences and dealing with conflicts. Then, I heard back from them via email and they asked me to meet with one of the project managers. She asked me if I had any experience with JIRA, Magento, Git, Sketch, and other platforms/applications they use there. After that quick interview, I met with the CEO and he addressed the reviews on Glassdoor almost immediately (about the corporate culture and addressing why the turnover was so high). We continued talking and eventually, he gave me an offer that day.

Interview
I applied online and was contacted by the Administrative Director within a few days to come in and meet with both her and the hiring manager for the department. I was asked basic questions and was encouraged to tell them about myself and my resume rather than a script-type interview. After that interview I was called back for a final interview with the CEO, he was enthusiastic and energetic and was almost certainly looking for personality matches as a priority since the skill set is what gets you in front of him in the first place.
