EarnIn Sofrtware Engineer interview questions

All the interviews were standard but one. Normal system design, algorithm and coding questions. The one that was not standard was a coding/debugging interview. I didn't do well on the debugging one. But at least, it would have been professional to send a rejection email instead of not informing the candidate about the outcome.
