I was interviewing from a competitor company at the time and it became clear about half way through that they were only interviewing me for insider knowledge. The main interviewer and had very strong 'I am in charge' vibes - the other was quite nice but I was not convinced they knew the climate market an industry that well - hence probably why I was being asked about internal processes and data. At times they were really trying to get me to share beyond what one should. I was uncomfortable and my feedback did not match the questions they asked. Was happy to not move on to work for folks who took the time and energy to be this unprofessional and exploitive.
Clear, transparent interview process. Friendly people, good combination of question types (but mostly standard interview questions) and full transparency on salary range up front was appreciated. Quite relaxed process in general.
