- An online numeracy and problem solving test (taken at home)
- An Excel-based case study (taken at their offices)
- A first round interview with a case study
- A second round interview more focused on fit with two Vice Presidents

They asked me about the following:
1. Why Efficio
2. Why Procurement
3. What is your expeirence in procurement
3 stage interview, starting with an Excel test followed by a competency interview with a case study and then a senior management interview. It was very professional and conducted well
It was a supportive and well rounded interview process. The final case study was more challenging but they offer support materials for preparation. Included online excel and arithmetic tests as well
