Overall the process was a bit tricky and intimidating. The first call with the internal recruiter was lovely, gave me a lot of time as a candidate. The second interview was good in terms of the interviewers themselves and they gave me feedback in the room which I appreciated. The final interview with the CEO undermined the entire thing. They commented saying ‘my child could do this’ and just strange energy with no emotional intelligence I ended up accepting another position before I found out whether I secured another offer. But I wouldn’t have taken it if I had gotten one on the experience with the CEO
