I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Jan 2016
Interview
Very laid back interview process. Brief introduction to the position from someone in this job already. Asked questions to see if you may be interested in the position and the company. Then moved on to someone in HR to see if you are indeed a good candidate for the position you are applying for.
Multiple rounds of interviews including a knowledge/skills test and an in-person visit (pre-covid). In-person visit had us go through various scenarios for client relations, then finished with an interview with an HR representative.

Question 1
How would you handle competing priorities/deadlines with a client?
The test is actually quite straightforward and shouldn’t be too difficult. Also final stage interview is basically a victory lap, you are 90% of the way there at that point.
I applied online. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Jul 2020
Interview
All pretty clear and straightforward. Liked the flexibility in scheduling. No surprises. Had to complete a variety of assessments. The interview was not very memorable and felt somewhat impersonal and curt.
