I applied for this job while I was a Senior in college - they were recruiting at my school, I figured why not.
There were 3 steps after submitting my resume for consideration to the on-campus recruiter:
1) In-person, one-on-one interview
2) Proctored exam - similar to the SAT
3) Day of in-person interviews at Epic Headquarters (they pay for flight and hotel). They tell you in advance to prepare a lesson to teach - it can be anything unique, like juggling, spinning plates, etc.
I didn't end up working here, but I recommend reading more on this site, both the good and the bad, if seriously considering this company. The culture seemed very unique, and the building was, well...epic...
