I originally interviewed for the Technical Writer position but as also asked to interview for the Quality Assurance Analyst position prior to my on-site interview. My experience with the Epic interview process was great. The first round was a basic 30 minute interview. After a few days, I received an email asking me to complete a series of online assessments that tested by analytical thinking and personality. I passed and got an offer to interview on site. The interview day was honestly a lot of fun. I arrived in Madison and went to dinner with two Epic employees and other candidates. If you have the opportunity, definitely do this! The two employees were so nice and helpful and really gave me a feel for the company and its culture prior to interviewing. They helped calm down some of my anxiety and I felt prepared going into the interview day. The interview day was long so wear something you feel comfortable in and good walking shoes. (They might also take you on the slide so keep that in mind!) Overall, the experience was great. I walked away having had a great experience regardless of whether or not I got the job. I was offered the Quality Assurance Analyst position but declined only because I was offered another position I could not refuse.

Delivery of writing samples, an initial, brief intro interview with HR, followed by two true interviews with different stakeholders. They sent lots of materials before the second interview with premade videos about the campus and benefits.
