I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (New York, NY) in Sept 2020
Interview
5 rounds of interview:
Round 1: company overview of 5 sessions including 2 recorded video sessions where they advertise the campus and benefits. Then you get to talk to people who work in a similar area as one you applied for. The day is ended with a hr rep asking you to confirm references and salary expectations etc.
Round 2: An assessment which you have to schedule and take. Feels like SAT as it is proctored and have a lot of maths/statistics based questions. Lasted about 2 hours
Round 3: Another proctored exam again but this time a coding challenge. Lasted about 3 hours.
Round 4: interview with people on the team you are applying to.
Round 5 : interview with manager/closeout with H/R
I didn't accept offer. They insisted on moving me to Verona to work in person in the middle of a pandemic.

Interview

Completed the sills Assessment, I haven't heard back yet. It was an average assessment and I posted the some of the basic questions. It feels like SAT. I believe the assessment is the same for all the engineer positions
