They have a terrible “IQ/EQ” based system that is just a glorified personality quiz with some brain teasers that takes multiple hours to complete. That allows them to justify under leveling you so they can train you on their propriety code infrastructure.

Had two interviews, Then two info sessions then an awful set of tests, coding test was poorly designed. But standard leetcode sort of questions Got an offer and an opportunity to go to the campus. While it was a nice campus you can tell turn over is high, and expectations are 50-60 hrs per week.
