Applied online. Contacted by email to do a video interview on which I was asked behavioral questions and questions about my motivation to work there. Contacted within a week to meet with the Director and two Area Managers. The interview was really friendly and questions were mostly behavioral plus some quesitons about my knowledge of the company and of the position I was applying for.

Let's simulate a conversation on the phone with an hotel owner, what would you say to ask him to put more rooms avaliable on Expedia?
Three stages with three different people. They move pretty quickly which is nice. Typically all from the same department as well! They ask more thought provoking questions than job specific ones
There were 2 rounds of interviews. The first interview was a video recording where you had to answer a couple of open questions and the second one was an online interview with a person.

The first stage was a hirevue interview with basic questions like why do you want to join Expedia, when was a time you struggled, introductions, and etc. it took about fifteen minutes to finish the video interview and it also included a few questions about availability
