Interview
I applied for Sr Accountant position and after two months of interviewing (phone interview with HR, phone interview with Hiring Manager, in person interview with Hiring Manager, two "informal" in person interviews with Hiring Manager) I was not offered the job.
The interview process was not handled very well and felt very repetitive with poor communication between HR and the Hiring Manager. The Hiring Manager even forgot to show up at one of the in person interviews and I had to reschedule it since HR was unable to get a hold of this person. Eventually HR asked me to provide my references, which usually indicates a job offer, but instead HR asked me to interview for two other Accounting positions which I did (add two more in person interviews to the above list).
HR eventually followed up to say that "the initial feedback from your visit was very positive and you are still a top candidate for the role", however I never heard back from Expedia HR again.
Submitted my application through the website. Received an email 24 hours later to set up a Zoom interview. Zoom interview was set up with the recruiter. It was very straight forward.

Interview
1- 30 minute phone interview with the recruiter, going over basic questions and couple behavioral questions which were pretty easy.
2- 30 to 45 minute phone interview with the manager; explains what the position is like and what they are looking for and asking what I'm looking for
3- about 4 hour onsite interview with director, senior manager and the manager. (1 on 1 interview/45 minutes each) - each interview felt like conversations instead of going through a list of questions. interviewers are trying to get to know you personally and professionally which was nice.

Interview
four interviewers one by one interview in a small meeting room, which is nice. HR-Saff-Manager-Staff and they are all very nice. The Interview took almost a day, and feels past really quick. Not much technical questions, guess because my background is not too much relevant to the position I applied.
