Expedia is a highly efficient, progressive organisation. Interview process was 7 weeks where I met 7 individuals in 6 interviews via phone, skype & in person. There is no shortage of expectations within this highly charged environment, by the same token, equipped with preparation & confidence, interviews will be (draining but) very comfortable. I come from an alternate industry, however, Expedia looked into my soft skills, ability to adapt and also (at large) your personality to excel.
