Interview
Very disorganized and the interviewers were obviously very tired. They focused on minute issues and missed an opportunity to understand me better. In the middle of the interview, they realized that I had skills to perform another role and they immediately changed the interview format and interviewed me for a role I had not applied or sighted the profile.
