All interviewers were friendly and engaging. I felt that they genuinely wanted to learn more about me as a person. Attended two face-to-face interviews within 2 weeks (Mid-May 2018). Both interviews are get-to-know-you sessions with a focus on job motivations. 1st interview also included written tests on English and Math. Had it on a Friday and heard from them the following Monday. Had the feeling that the process was quick and it was nice to have a rapid response. 2nd interview included a coffee chat with two other team members after the formal interview with partners. Overall, I felt at ease with all the interviewers but wished I could articulate better when it came to my job motivations as I was really nervous.
