I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FTI Consulting (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2018
Interview
Applied online through my university, interviewed on-campus in 1 behavioral interview. I attended a recruiting event prior to applying and felt that the panel was not behaving professionally. I also went to my university's career fair to talk with them, and their recruiter seemed very uninterested and stand - offish; she pointed me toward an employee in the Health Solutions department to speak with, and the employee was talking to her friends for 15 minutes while I clearly was waiting. Once I got my turn to speak with her, she immediately turned around and started talking to her coworkers. Very unprofessional and disappointing. My 1-on-1 interview was difficult to connect with the interviewer, as I asked about FTI's Women's initiative program and community involvement and he hardly knew anything about either and straight up told me "I really don't know to be honest".
I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at FTI Consulting (New York, NY)
Interview
The interview process was simple. First round interviews are either a half-hour phone call or half-hour on campus interview. Within three days they get back to you to tell you if you made it to SuperDay, which is held at their office. I had three straight interviews with three members of senior staff. Almost all behavioral questions, some technical and depending on who you get, you may have a quick case. They look for people who are not only knowledgeable, but also personable and honest.
They got back to me within a week with my offer. Overall, amazing experience. Everyone there loves their jobs and are very kind and supportive!
