CV & cover letter before end of January.
First assessment centre: 30min verbal+ numerical+ written exercises. Verbal (GRE/ GMAT style, 30 qns) contains short comprehension/ logic questions, grammar correction and a relatively long passage with around 6 related questions. Numerical exercise (28 qns) consists of short numerical questions and graph reading (followed by 2-3 questions). There are some ratio calculations and some trick questions. There will be 5 practice questions provided when you are invited for AC. Written exercise is about summarising a two-paged PoW article.
Pen and paper are provided.
The day starts with some snacks and drinks in a meeting room. There are 2 AC and around 20+ people each. Everyone will take the tests together so it is quite stressful. After exercises, there will be lunch provided in the meeting room (nice sandwiches and rolls) with some new analysts/ previous summer interns. After the 1-hour lunch time, at around 13:00 they will announce those who passed the exercises, around 6 people who will have their CV interviews in the afternoon. The rest will just leave the firm.
No group exercises. They are recruiting for around 4 summer interns so AC will be very competitive.
