Chat with internal recruitment. They described the company and role and asked about me. Very informal initial chat. I determined that the position wasn’t for me and salary was less than my current role. Recruitment didn’t seem to understand why that was unappealing and pushed me to apply which I declined.

There was a strange interview with a 'benefits expert' who basically just wanted to know all the details of my current salary and benefits, without offering any information about what the company was willing to offer for the role. Final interview was with the Executive Director who was under the weather that day and could barely stay awake during the interview...
