I gave a screener interview, followed by 3 rounds of interviews with the department heads and directors. The interviews were 30-45 minutes each and encompassed my prior experience and knowledge about the requirements.

Recruiter reached out for a role beneath my experience and did not adequately sell me to the hiring team in order to position me for the appropriate level coming in from a Big 4 firm. My initial phone interview was with someone who seemed very junior that had been given a lofty title and was rather complacent.
