Submit application, reviewed and asked for resume and references. Invited to interview. 2 interviews. One with an HR person, was invited to final interview. Final interview involves taking an online assessment for 30 minutes, then an hour of interviewing with two active Implementation Consultants.

Question 1
If you have 9 completely identical beans, but one is slightly heavier. How do you find which bean is heavier with a scale that you can only use twice.
It was a very quick process. I recieved a reply back within first two days of applying and scheduled a phone screening within a week from the email. Recuriter asked pretty average questions.

Apply online then hr call then quick call with recuiter, then final round with behavioral, coding portion and logic questions. was pretty long of a call expect 1hr 30 min to 2 hours on call.

3 intervies
- Initial Screening: 15 minute call to verify you can relocate as needed.
- Behavioral Interview: Basic OOP questions, re-emphasis on if youre willing to relocate, team and customer-facing behavioral questions.
- Technical Interview: Interview with an Implementation Consultant. Iq test, psuedo-code activity, logic questions. Explain resume experience and answer any questions you have.
