Interview
First we had a phone interview where they asked very basic programming questions, then They flew me to Denver for an in person interview. They took Care of everything when they flew us out and took us out to dinner after so we had more chance to ask questions. My interview was very easy. They cold called me to get me to join the company so they already wanted me.
