I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fast Enterprises in Jul 2024
Interview
Recruiter reached out to me on Handshake. They asked for my transcript and resume via email and then promptly scheduled an interview. The interview questions were pretty much standard - the same as everyone has been posting here on Glassdoor. I absolutely thought I nailed the interview, as I had an answer prepared for every single question they asked. A few days later, I got a very cold email from the recruiter just saying "Sorry, we won't be moving forward with your application." Not really sure what they are looking for.
Imagine you are working in a department store and a customer comes up to you and asks where the buckets are. As you are walking to the buckets, you realize that what the customer is describing is best suited for a bowl, not a bucket. How do you deal with this situation and ensure that the customer leaves the store with the correct item?
It was a very quick process. I recieved a reply back within first two days of applying and scheduled a phone screening within a week from the email. Recuriter asked pretty average questions.
