I was first asked to send my CV and cover letter. Two weeks later then sent me an excel and case study test via email. Two weeks later they offered me a telephone interview. Asked me to run through my CV, why did I want to work in consulting and why Finalta. Same day I was offered face to face interview with Director and was given a case study to analyse and present. The case study was to test quantitative analytical skills. Interview went well but unfortunately failed on the case study.
