First Capitol Consulting interview questions

In short- Don't waste your time. The CEO is wildly unprofessional, moody, unstable, and delusional. This company is now known as Trusaic, but you can see a plethora of reviews describing how bad this company is and how the CEO is unhinged. I wish I read those reviews beforehand and that is my own fault. I also think it's very ill advised on the part of their recruiting process to have someone who has no knowledge on the subject be the one to do the first in-person interview. This place expects you to work 12 hour days and have no life outside that. The CEO literally asked me to give up hobbies. It is a huge red flag if a company wants you to have zero hobbies, pets, etc. I only work for companies that care about the well-being of their employees and want them to enjoy life/have a life. This place is not that.

Process took about 5-6 weeks. Initial phone call w recruiter followed by hour long call with two of the team members. Final round interview included a presentation and in-depth discussions about company culture, goals, character - about 3 hours total. Recruiter was in constant communication.
