Friendly, up front throughout the process. I had an initial phone screen with the Vice President who was more or less getting a gauge on my personality. Then had an in person interview-- talked with three different guys, all friendly enough. Received a call a couple days later with an offer, elected not to take it as the money wasn't quite where I expected.
