Franklin Covey interview questions

A recruiter reached out to me on a Friday to schedule a Zoom call for the following week. I responded that day and the recruiter never followed up to schedule the Zoom. I followed up with the recruiter a few times the following week and the week after, but they never responded to me.

So many stages that seem redundant and unnecessary. Not a lot of focus put on the candidate experience, just the hoops they want you to jump through. The process is very dated and seems to reflect recent struggles for the organization as a whole
