Interview
The first round was a telephonic round; the second was a presentation, third was a senior member of the department. I got rejected in the third interview round.
I found the time given to do presentation and quality expected out of it was too low.

After the first phone interview, the second was in person. Did some writing examples, but didn’t really seem like they took me seriously. The interview was with one manager, and she basically said I was too young and inexperienced. It was a strange interview.
