Group interview, there are three employees and one HR. It is just like a casual conversation, but there are some scenario questions. The vibe of interview is relatively easy. However, due to COVID, it is full online.
It was direct interview and very few theory questions were asked. More questions were based on situational type. Used STAR approach to answer the questions. Take most relevant example which cover the job requirement.
