Interview
Over the phone, no contact in person. Short (too short?) and impersonal. The interview turned out to be a good example of my tenure with the company. I was expecting to be grilled but it was really easy. Unfortunately, some promises were made that never materialized. I know it`s not always possible to predict the future, or the client's needs but when in doubt, better say nothing than make false promises.

Basic questions. Nothing complicated. It felt very generic and cold. Even if it was for a management position, I felt it was not really detail oriented and left me a strange feeling.
Fast, Easy, Friendly, Open took only 20 mins and has the job. Was on video and worked great. I think this is too much to ask anyone to describe this. An the fact you make people now do this to review information will drive them away.

There was not one thing, who's coming up this new approach to use your service?
Interview process was lengthy and required more than one in person interviews. It was also necessary to have more than one interview onsite at a client as their approval was needed. The people with whom I interacted were always respectful.
