I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Gallup
Interview
Went through about 6 steps.
Online personality test, phone interview #1, follow up phone interview, final phone interview, skills assessment, face-to-face interview. They're looking for candidates who are competitive, motivated, confident in themselves and highly sociable. If this isn't you, don't bother. Anyway the whole process took about a month or so but I start in a couple days :-)
