Tedious questioning process done through a pre-prepared system. FIrst one was online, the second one was done over the phone with a live person. However, "live" doesn't really justify the fact that the person was really just following the similar, pre-prepared questionnaire like the one online. They cannot answer any of your questions, they just ask you the questions and you answer whatever you feel right. So it was like dealing with a machine, but with a human's touch. Average time spent on the two Q&A processes are 45 to 60 minutes (each). You get a lot of repeating questions of the same subject. Don't know what are they trying to figure you out. Never got to the in-person interview.
