Interview
Interviewer was disorganized from the start. Felt rushed through the whole call as if they were just trying to move through it as fast as possible. They didn't follow up at all when they said that would at least email me back with the generic 'no thanks' email. I sent an email asking for an update on next steps (if there would be any) and over a week passed with no response.
They said they will call me back and I did not hear never again. I was disappointed. They mentioned good salaries in Spain - it looks they maintain the European band.
We had a zoom call to discuss role and experience, although I did not fit the role in their opinion I got al the feedback I could ask for in further conversations over text.

Very intensive, they really grill you using the "STARS method" so make sure you have plenty of examples of prior deals and how you overcame something to win them. Overall a good learning experience but probably a little over the top
