Multiple times I have been chased repeatedly to interview for roles at Gartner which never progress past the first or second interview. But most frustratingly they will never even give you a confirmation either way that you are not progressing, just radio silence. This is very unprofessional.
Introduction call with talent team. 2 x roleplay where you must build on feedback with panel interview and presentation of your why, goals, motivations. Roughly 4 stages across a month

The process is extremely thorough. Josephine was incredible at guiding me through to the final stage.
Each team member reached out to inbetween rounds was quick to respond and eager to give their time to me.
One first call of 15 minutes and one interview of 1h. The process is right they explain everything and send you an email. They asked for feed back. Great process
