Simple questions related to new product development and customer feedback and support is requited. Described any single product development process during interview. Client interaction, problem solving, supply chain experience helped to break this interview.

Three interviews total, phone screen, interview with Director of CS, and peer interview. It was a pleasant experience after seven part interviews at other startups. They were concise and straight to the point.
