There were three two with a Recruiter, and one large-scale interview with 30 or so other candidates that involves working as a team. The individual interviews are straightforward, the hard part is standing out in the large interview.

Interview
Phone interview with a recruiter followed by some tests, and then group interview. Depending on how they decide things, you can wait 3-12 months for the process. When you get hired, you will take another 3 months of web development course.
