Round 1: A preliminary Zoom interview with an HR rep. Round 2: An eight-question "get to know you" survey (mostly experience and expectations) that included links to five case studies to familiarize myself with. Round 3: Zoom interview with a would-be colleague in the same position and a Managing Director. This one included a bunch of binary questions about how I would handle each of the five case studies. They said there was "no right answers," but I got the strong feeling there kind of was. Round 4: A more informal Zoom interview with another two people already working in the role at the company ("meeting the team," I suppose).
