They found me and contacted me on LinkedIn, and set me up for a phone screen with a VP. I had two phone screens with the same person, and a 5-hour in-person interview, spending an hour each with five different people. Soon after that, I got an offer. It took a just few days to work out the details. It moved faster than I'm used to.

Very people focused questions as well as a short case study. Everyone was very friendly and happy to answer questions.
