I applied online and was immediately sent an email to schedule a phone screen. It was very basic, nothing out of the ordinary, just discussing background, what my strengths/weaknesses are. I was then brought in for a one on one with several team members. Everything was very conversational and focused on my background and what I felt I could bring to the team. The next step was a remote sales presentation. The team sent over the criteria and what they would be looking for; everything else was up to me. It was pretty basic, but they just want to see how you compose yourself and what your "style" is. I then had a final interview with the Director of Sales. That was the only part with some odd ball questions, but nothing too extreme. I received an offer that evening (which I happily accepted)!
