Interview
The hiring process was very simple and straight forward. First was a phone interview, and then an on sight interview, and then an offer. All of the questions were typical and expected. A lot of questions about previous an led current school projects/classes.
3 rounds of interview, 3o minutes each, mix of technical behavioural and motivational.

You apply with your resume, then you go through an online hirevue and then if you pass that you have a Superday which is three interviews in one day. It usually is about an hour long.

Online assessments with many questions under timed pressure, the next step was to proceed with a video interview with pre recorded questions. These were not too difficult to answer and you only have a few minutes.
