started with a phone interview. From there I went in and met a few people. After that I had to do a fake phone call and then a presentation in front of a group. The presentation was hard and there were multiple questions from the group

I felt that they were looking for a specific type of person to come in guns blazing. My experience doesn't necessarily chime in with that and I got reamed in the interview, as I was clearly not adept to the general marketplace.
