GovSpend Data Engineer interview questions

Very impersonal phone call. The recruiter was very dry and blunt. Her voice sounded a bit far from the phone and I had to ask her to repeat some questions a few times. Before applying to this job, I carefully reviewed the requirements in the job description and if they matched my skills closely. After explaining my experience, recruiter says 5 years is a hard requirement but they’ll keep my info on file blah blah blah. She kept talking until saying “..have a good day”. It was obvious she did not want me to talk or give me room for any questions at all toward the end of the conversation. Extremely rude and she OBVIOUSLY did not look at my resume and my years of experience. If she did, she would have noticed I did not have 5 years with Data and could have cancelled the phone call and saved us both time. I have a screenshot of the job description that does NOT say 5 years experience are required in anything. Also, they couldn’t even match what I’m currently making as a Data Analyst. I’d never apply to any position here again.
