Was asked very intuitive questions by 3 people. One was one of the co-founders, and two were sales managers. Hit it off with them. Asked a lot of questions about what the job would entail, how the GovSpend system works, how the culture is, and how flexible the job is. I had no sales experience, and they ensured they had a great training system. They did! I had never heard of the company and was really taking the interview to get experience. The passion that all of the employees have for the system and its benefits to the Government and to Government vendors.
