HIKE2 interview questions

Will lead you through multiple rounds of interviews with management, say everything is going great, then suddenly ghost you without any warning. Then they'll hit you up again later like nothing happened. If the position doesn't exist, don't hire for it. Also making people do some sort of personality assessment test before interviews is weird. This isn't high school. Have respect for the candidate's time.

There were multiple rounds of interviews ranging from the initial phone screening to the final round with a higher up individual in the organization. I had great conversations with each of the team members. However, I then got completely ghosted after the final round.
