Three rounds of screening - initial call, first interview with a math/english test and a final presentation on a topic chosen by senior management. Final interview was with three members of senior management at the London office.

Interview
I had a three stage interview process. I had a face to face with the two MDs and the head of the contracts desk so I met all the managers. I was then allowed to meet some of the consultants already at the company.

Interview
Maths and Grammar test, face to face interview with several Senior employees and a presentation based around technology. It was a tough interview process, but one that really gets you bought into the company and determined to get the job.
