Phone call from HR side then a interview day where you have a group interview first, make sure to talk and the one to one with a couple managers in the offices

Interview
Was contacted on LinkedIn by the manager asking me to attend an interview. Chatty and friendly interview process and was told I’d be contacted the next day. About 3 days later got an email saying I hadn’t been successful and when I approached the manager for feedback they ignored. Shame really as it sounded like a good place
