The phone interview was literally just getting an idea of your past sales experiences and availability for the summer
The group interview was quite easy as well....just went around and said something 'interesting about yourself', then we did a group task where we presented a few items for sale (really easy interview...just be fun and confident :D )

You send in your CV and details at and a brief answer as to why Harrods.
Then if successful, you are invited for a video Interview and then call in for actual interview
