The process consisted of 2 rounds: 1 hr-long behavioral/case interview and 2 back-to-back 1 hr behavioral/case interviews. You talk to people of all levels, from consultants to senior managers. Everyone is super nice and inviting to speak with.

I sent in my resume through a referral and got a phone interview with one of the Senior Consultants. It was an hour long. Started with 20 minutes of behavioral, then went straight into a case portion, which was quite conversational, and not really like a traditional case interview. The last 10 minutes were used for questions I had for him. He gave me his email and told me to reach out if I hadn't heard back in a week, I then emailed him and he never responded. Two weeks after my interview I received a rejection email from recruitment team. Said I had great credentials, but they just didn't have room for me on the team right now and that I should reapply for full time after graduation.
